Strengths: Powerful multi-channel video processing, stable 24/7 continuous recording. Strong WDR & 3D noise reduction, excellent image quality under backlight, tunnel and low-light conditions. Good thermal stability for fleet devices running long hours. Supports multiple camera inputs, suitable for commercial DVR systems.
Limitations: Dashcam-specific firmware is less mature than Novatek for consumer dashcam UI and parking mode features. Higher overall BOM cost for simple single/dual lens consumer dashcams.
Best fit: Commercial vehicle monitoring, fleet multi-channel recorders, taxi 3-lens / 4-lens dashcams that need round-the-clock recording, projects prioritizing image stability over consumer-level smart functions.
EEASYTECH
EEASYTECH SA series is an AI-native SoC platform designed for automotive cameras, built-in dedicated NPU for edge AI.
