Our Standardized Production Workshop
Our factory is equipped with complete standardized assembly production lines dedicated to dashcam manufacturing, covering raw material incoming inspection, semi-finished assembly, functional aging test, high-low temperature cycle test, finished product full inspection and packaging.
We arrange dedicated production stations for each production procedure to achieve streamlined operation and stable daily output. The whole workshop follows dust-free and neat production management standards to avoid dust interference with camera lenses, circuit boards and sensitive electronic components, effectively reducing defective products.

Complete Production Process & Supporting Equipment

Incoming QC Station
All core accessories including image sensors, lenses, main control boards, lithium batteries and plastic housings will be 100% inspected before entering production. Unqualified parts will be rejected directly to eliminate hidden quality hazards from the source.

Assembly Production Lines
Multiple dedicated assembly lines are available for single-channel dash cams, dual-lens driving recorders and multi-channel fleet monitoring cameras. Workers conduct structured assembly step by step: circuit board fitting, lens installation, battery welding, housing fitting and button debugging. Clear division of labor greatly improves production efficiency.

Aging & Environmental Test Area
We build an independent testing lab equipped with aging racks, high-low temperature test chambers, vibration testers and parking simulation test equipment. Every finished dashcam will run continuous 4-hour aging tests, simulating extreme hot and cold driving environments to verify stability of night vision, loop recording, GPS and 4G remote functions.

Finished Product Full Inspection Station
Before packaging, each unit undergoes strict manual inspection: screen display check, video clarity test, audio recording verification, key function test and appearance scratch inspection. Only products passing all tests can enter the packaging process.

Custom Packaging Area
Separate packaging zones for OEM private-label orders and standard stock models. We support customized box assembly, logo labeling and user manual matching according to clients’ customization demands.
Production Capacity Advantages

With mature assembly lines and standardized operation flow, our workshop maintains stable daily shipment capacity. We can flexibly adjust production schedules for small sample trial orders, medium batch wholesale orders and large fleet bulk orders. Strict batch production tracking records are provided for every order, and we can send real-time production photos or videos to customers during mass production for transparent order supervision.

All production procedures comply with CE, FCC and RoHS manufacturing standards, ensuring our dashcams meet the safety and certification requirements of global markets including Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Our R&D Strength

We have an in-house R&D team of 7–8 experienced engineers specializing in dashcam hardware, circuit design, image algorithms and firmware development.
Our core R&D work covers sensor debugging, night vision optimization, multi-channel recording, GPS monitoring and ADAS function upgrading.

We continuously iterate new models and provide customized software & hardware solutions for ODM clients.
